Message	After I replaced the tining belt,my car has been making a "whirring" sound,kind've like a supercharger type sound (that best describes it) BUT only when the engine is cold,and goes away once it's warmed up,especially on cold mornings. Is that normal? Does all the new stuff just need to break in per se?
